PURPOSE STATEMENT
At Kocreated Expressions, we empower youth to transition successfully from high school to real life by providing personalized coaching that fosters individual goal setting across personal, academic, social, and career development. We believe in the potential of every student and strive to cultivate their unique strengths, equipping them with the tools and confidence needed to navigate their future with resilience and sense of purpose.
Taylor Hill, CEO
A proud native of North Tulsa, Taylor Hill has a passion for positively empowering youth and young adults in her community. She is a graduate of Booker T. Washington HS and the University of Tulsa where she attended on a full academy scholarship. She holds a BS in Business Management (minor psychology), ME in Educational Leadership from Southeastern Oklahoma State University and is currently pursuing her doctoral degree in Educational Administration at Oklahoma State University.
With over 12 years of experience in youth development and programming, Taylor has served in various educational institutions and non-profit community organizations. In her role as a program coordinator Taylor has created S.T.E.A.M., college and career workshops for hundreds of youth in the Tulsa and surrounding area.
Taylor has a love for her community and helping others through mentoring and volunteering with youth. She continues to fuel her passion of service through collaborations with local youth facing organizations in the mental health, reproductive, and educational sectors. Through working in these areas, she has been able to connect with youth and offer resources to inspire student success through intervention, social emotional awareness and development and building genuine relationships. As the founder of Kocreated Expressions, Inc. she works alongside youth and young adults to create practices to confidently face academic, career, and personal challenges.
