We are empowering  Black, Indigenous and People of Color (BIPOC) students.  through a collaborative development of postsecondary planning. We are accomplishing our mission through tailored one-on-one coaching, academic and workforce exploration, and access to resources enhancing their preparation for life beyond high school.

Our CEO

Taylor Hill

A proud native of North Tulsa, Taylor Hill has a passion for positively empowering youth and young adults in her community. She is a graduate of Booker T. Washington HS and the University of Tulsa where she attended on a full academy scholarship. She holds a BS in Business Management (minor psychology), ME in Educational Leadership and is currently pursuing her doctoral degree in School Administration at Oklahoma State University.
